Intermediate Yoga Poses - Routines and Sequences (Part 11)

#101. Yoga Intermediate - Supported shoulderstand, left leg behind head
Take the supported shoulderstand position. Lower your left leg straight behind your head. Try to reach the floor with your toes. Keep your right leg vertical and straight.

#102. Yoga Intermediate - Horse face pose left
Sit in Sukhasana. Put your left foot over your right thigh, closer to your groin. Stand up on your knees. Join your hands in Namaste in front of your chest.

#103. Yoga Intermediate - Cow face pose, right hand up grab
Sit on your heels and straighten your back. Raise your right arm and move it behind your back. Move your left hand down behind your back and try to clasp your hands. Keep your back straight. Look straight.

Take the mountain pose. Bend your left leg and grab your left toe with the two first fingers of your left hand. Put your right hand on your hip. Stretch your left leg forward and up in front of you, pulling back the toes.

Take the mountain pose. Bend your left leg and grab your left toe with the two first fingers of your left hand. Put your right hand on your hip. Stretch your left leg up and to the left. Open your chest.

#106. Yoga Intermediate - Forward stretch pose, right leg up
Stand up straight. Keeping your back straight, start bending forward to your legs. When it becomes impossible to keep a straight back, lower your head and hands towards the floor. Put your hands or fingers on the floor in front of your feet. Raise your head a little and raise your right leg.
