Do 15 reps on each side.
SUMO SQUAT TO PRESS
Do 15 reps.
BRIDGE MARCH
Do 15 reps on each side.
ARMS + HIIT
Total Workout Time = 45 minutes

BURPEE + PUSHUP
Do as many reps as you can with good form in 30 seconds.
TRICP DIP + LEG EXTENSION
Do 15 reps on each side.
PLANK TRICEP EXTENSION
Do 15 reps on each side.
SKATERS
Do 15 reps on each side.
ARNOLD PRESS
Do 15 reps.
