#41. Yoga Advanced - Crane pose with both legs up
Squat down. Put your palms on the floor and straighten your legs. Press your knees against your shoulder bone closer to your armpits. Move your weight forward to your arms and try to lift your feet from the floor. Balance on your hands. Lower your head on the mat and try to move both knees away from your arms. Join the bent legs and straighten them. Balance on your head helping with your hands.

#42. Yoga Advanced - Side plank pose, left hand grab
Take the plank position. Move your weight onto the right hand. Rotate your torso lifting your left hand from the floor. Bend your left knee and grab your toes with your left hand. Try to straighten your left leg up.

#43. Yoga Advanced - Bridge pose with left leg up (wrong title)
Lie on your back. Firmly press your feet against the floor. Press your hands against the floor at the level of your ears. Push with your hands and feet lifting your pelvis and thighs. Move some of the weight on your hands. Put you right foot in the center and lift your left leg. Straighten your left leg. Let your head hang freely.

Lie on your stomach. Press your palms against the floor at the level of your shoulders. Use your back muscles to raise your head and upper torso, then use arms. Bend your legs. Straightening your arms, arch the chest section of your backbone. Softly throw back your head and reach for your feet with the crown of your head. Try not to lift your thighs from the floor too much.

Take the lotus pose. Softly go backwards, first on your elbows, then on your back. Press your elbows against the mat and lift your chest. Let your head hang backwards and lower the crown of your head on the mat.

Stand up straight. Make a step to the left with your left foot, bend your left leg and put your left hand on the floor behind your left leg. Push and lift your right leg. Try to strengthen both legs. Raise your right hand. Try to look straight or up.

Try to grab your left toes with both hands from above. Keep your elbows up. Pull your left shin back, arch more. Look straight.
