#11. Yoga Advanced - Lotus in shoulderstand
Lie on the back. Lift your straight legs and move them behind your head. Support your back with your hands as low as possible and move your legs and torso vertically up. Cross your legs as you would in the lotus pose. Raise your legs vertically up.

#12. Yoga Advanced - Upward lotus pose
Lie on the back. Lift your straight legs and move them behind your head. Support your back with your hands as low as possible and move your legs and torso vertically up. Cross your legs as you would in the lotus pose. Press your palms against your thighs closer to your knees.

#13. Yoga Advanced - Bridge pose on elbows
Lie on your back, feet on the floor, your feet a little wider than your hip-width apart. Bend your arms and put your palms next to your ears. Lift your hips, shoulders, and head from the floor as you straighten your arms. Bend your arms and put the crown of your head on the mat. Put your forearms on the mat and clutch your head with your hands. Keep your chest open.

#14. Yoga Advanced - Lying hero pose
Sit on your heels. Join your knees and put your ankles apart. Move your calve muscles to your sides with your hands and softly lower your pelvis on the mat between your feet. Move your arms behind your back and slowly go down on your elbows then fully on your back. Straighten your arms behind your head. Look straight.

#15. Yoga Advanced - Crane pose with right leg up
Squat down. Put your palms on the floor and straighten your legs. Press your knees against your shoulder bone closer to your armpits. Move your weight forward to your arms and try to lift your feet from the floor. Balance on your hands. Lower your head on the mat and try to straighten your right leg up.

#16. Yoga Advanced - Pigeon pose with one-hand right leg grab
Lower your left thigh and shin on the mat. Keep your right leg straight. Press your hands against the mat and arch softly. Bend your right leg. Try to grab your right shin with your right hand. Push against the floor with your left hand to the left of your leg. Pull your right shin back, arch more. Look up.

#17. Yoga Advanced - Tortoise pose
Sit straight with your legs bent and wide apart. Bending forward put your right arm under your right knee and thigh, and your left arm under your left knee and thigh. Press your legs against your shoulder bones and bend your torso and head lower. Point your chin to the floor.
